The production of the new Fire Truck, 2017 Pierce Velocity Pumper, is coming along. The new apparatus cab was moving through cab assembly for wiring, lights, interior components, etc. while the chassis was in frame-up, the body completed assembly and the pump module was being assembled. The truck committee is schedule to go to Wisconsin, Pierce Manufacturing, the first week of May for post paint inspection. The final inspection for the completion will be in Early June.
